First call of Member registration will commence at 17.00 and second call will be at 17.30 and will finish at 18.00.
Registered members and sponsors have voting rights at the EGM. Memberships can be renewed at registration and new memberships can also be completed.
Volunteers and supporters are very welcome to attend the meeting and ask questions, but will be unable to vote unless they are paid-up Members.
For Members unable to attend in person, the PAWS-PATAS Statutes provide a mechanism for allocating your vote to be cast by proxy. This must be done in writing by giving your full name and the name of the person you wish to vote on your behalf and signed by both (Proxy Form). Alternatively, you can write to secretary@paws-patas.org and nominate another member to vote on your behalf, this must be sent from your personal email address. For administrative convenience, will you please do this by 18.00 on Tuesday, 27th May, 2025.
