First call of member registration will commence at 10am with second call at 10.30am. Coffee on arrival will be provided for members.

Registered members and sponsors have voting rights at the AGM. Memberships are due to be renewed at this AGM so we would be grateful if members could pay their fees at registration.

New memberships can also be completed.

Volunteers and supporters are very welcome to attend the meeting and ask questions, but will be unable to vote unless they are paid-up members.

For members unable to attend in person, the PAWS-PATAS statutes provide a mechanism for allocating your vote to be cast by proxy. This must be done in writing by giving your full name and the name of the person you wish to vote on your behalf and signed by both.

Alternatively, you can write to yvonne@paws-patas.org and nominate another member to vote on your behalf.

For administrative convenience, this should be done by 6pm on Friday 24th March 2023.
